I purchased this shirt to help insulate against cold weather, and it has done exactly that. I wear a large normally, so that is what I ordered, and it fit well. The sleeves have the thumb hole in them, but if I don’t want to wear it like that it is still perfectly comfortable to roll the cuff back out of my way. Would recommend this product if you are trying to stay warm and are conscious of where/how you get your goods.

The cut and fit of the baselayer top is exactly what I want. It's shaped to form fit for comfort and warmth. I also love the thumbholes! I highly recommend!

I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He has a bunch of Smartwool short sleeve shirts, but was looking for a long sleeve baselayer, so I got him this. He likes the Nuyarn since it doesn't get stinky but keeps him warm. I think it will become his go-to baselayer during the colder months.

I like the fit of the baselayer. It is snug but not restrictive. The shoulder width is great. I was a bit surprised by the sleeve thumb holes. But they are not bothersome whether I use them or not. The shirt helped through the 2024 Polar Vortex. Thanks

I'm 5'8", 165 lbs, athletic build. Medium fits perfectly, not too long , not too short. Amazing temperature regulation, oder control, and I love the thumb holes in the wrists to keep it from riding up my sleeves when actively moving while skiing, hiking, etc! Quality seems excellent so far. I've been wearing it almost every day.

Fits perfectly

I just got back from a 5day elk hunt in Colorado at 10,000+ feet elevation. I wore your long sleeve top and briefs during the hunt. The top was wore all 5 days and switched out the briefs after 2 days. All I can say is thank you for making an amazing product. I was very impressed!

This is a great fitting base layer and I am very excited to have it for my backcountry hunt! I appreciate that it is made in the USA. I have stopped buying products that are made overseas and happy to support a company that supports USA jobs!!!

It fits perfectly and it looks like a great product. I like that it is slightly longer in the back to stay tucked in, the thumb holes are my major prerequisite and hard to find, the color is perfect. I’m sure I will be ordering more of your products. I have a lot of merino base layers and I have a feeling this is going to be my new favorite.

I just received the order this afternoon. I immediately tried on the long sleeve baselayer to get a feel for the fit and finish. Perfect, the size is just right the feel is soft and comfortable, finish is flawless. I also ordered a short sleeve baselayer that is also perfect. Game changer!
As a hunter, staying warm and comfortable in the woods (especially on those cold mornings) is a must. This is by far the most comfortable, warmest base layer top I’ve ever worn. Highly recommend!!!!

Ordered this after hearing good things from a friend. This is a great base layer, comfortable and true to size. It’s very warm and I’ve also worn it by itself on days that are chilly but no too cold. Please consider supporting this young company and its great products that are made in the USA!

I bought my husband a base layer set for him to use while he is out hunting. He tested his out a little bit and despite the fabric being very thin it does a good job maintaining a comfortable temperature. He hasn’t worn it enough to make a full determination, but he really likes the set so far and is excited to try it out in the fall!
I bought myself the base layer pants and the long sleeve shirt. The fabric is ever so slightly textured but definitely not scratchy. I really like the cut of the shirt and it is really flattering. So far the only critique of the items is that I would prefer the heavy elastic band like the type the men’s pants have versus the yoga-style top the women's does. It doesn’t feel as sturdy as the other type of elastic band, but I haven’t had any issues at all.
So far we’re really happy with the products, happy to be supporting a small business, and happy to be supporting a company that doesn’t utilize questionable labor in other countries!

I tested this shirt out by riding my bicycle along Skyline Drive in central Utah this past week. The daytime temps were pushing 100 and I stayed cool. The shirt wicked sweat away quickly and didn't stink at all, even after 75 miles. I wore it in the cool evenings as well. I am very, very pleased with this company and would definitely buy again. I appreciate that it is a Utah company (I have owned an local bike shop in Utah for 23 years) and I like that it was made in the USA. Excellent products and excellent company.

I received this shirt as a gift from my wife as I prepare for an AT Thru Hike. I wanted to wait until I had worn my base layer on a few test hikes before writing a review. I've worn it on a few day hikes now, so here goes.
First off, I love the feel of the material and the color. The fit is a bit long in the sleeve, but the torso is fine.

I'm looking forward to a long, comfortable hike in my Wuru Wool.

I’ve been giving the Wuru base layers the full test … wore them for a string of back to back ski days and am wearing them again at the office today. Personally, I give them A’s all around.

They’re a bit lighter and stretchier than the Ortovox base layers, and they’re definitely lighter than my old Ibex stuff. Personally, I do prefer this lighter weight as it’s more versatile. I also (personally) really like the fit, as it has a long torso and arms. Odor resistance has also been great so far, but we’ll see after another few days if that holds up.

They're fantastic and have over delivered on my expectations.

My wife and I have loved everything we’ve gotten from Wuru. We received used it on a trip to Deer Valley and kept us warm and dry. Awesome products - Can’t recommend it all enough!
