Truly "Everyday" piece that goes ffom Adventures to Plane to Work or Restaurant

I've been looking for something exactly like the "Everyday Merino Full Zip" for several years to replace a beloved top that is showing wear. Wuru nailed this incredibly versatile piece that works hard, plays hard and yet has a professional look that can transition to a restaurant or workplace. I purchased in black and fortunately, got one in purple for my wife who is equally smitten. I'm 6'2" and 42" chest and 34" waist and went with a large. Comfortable, form fitting but with plenty of stretch.

Wow - love this!

This jacket has me so excited for the fall. Absolutely beautiful and very high quality. Great pockets, and the fleece interior is so soft. Dress Blue is a great soft navy, and I sized up x2 for a very oversized fit for layering/to appease my inner 90s child.

We're so glad to hear how much you like your Zip-Up!

The 90's are back!

Top quality

I just bought my second zip-up jacket. My first is a couple years old now (I got it on kickstarter or similar) and it has held up so much better than Arcteryx and Patagonia jackets from around the same vintage - the synthetic materials of those are severely pilled while my Wuru looks brand new! I'm so happy to see that my second jacket appears to be the same quality as the first.

Here is the zip up for every situation!

I have had my zip-up for a couple weeks (along with a long sleeve and a couple short sleeve T's) now and I can't think of a situation it doesn't work. Its great as insulation and is just as comfortable under a puffy in freezing weather as it is the outer-layer in 50's and 60's. It looks good enough to be worn in professional settings. About the only place it is not perfect is in the wind. Definitely needs a shell over top.

I am 6' and about 170lbs (with a shortish torso) and the medium fits me great. Definitely on the athletic fitting side which I like. If you are looking for looser fit I would size up.

I really love that these are made in US and I love supporting a company local to Salt Lake!

Possibly the Best and Most Versitile Sweatshirt I've Owned

I came across an article in Outside magazine recommending Wuru's NuYarn shirts as being some of the best wool shirts for running, and decided to check them out. I purchased one of the Men's NuYarn T shirts and wasn't disappointed! The feel of the shirt and performance on the trail were exceptional, so I figured I should check out the rest of Wuru's line.

Fast forward and I now own the NuYarn Merino Wool Everyday Zip up and it's incredible! I've worn it almost every day since I've gotten it. It's incredibly soft and comfortable next to skin when worn as a mid layer over T shirts, and it's both breathable and warm, perfect for wearing on hikes, camping, or on cool evenings around town when temperatures tend to fluctuate.

The fit is excellent, too. I'm 5'6" with an athletic build and the size small fits me perfectly. It does tend to be more on the snug side, but I like my clothes to be form fitting (slim cut shirts, straight leg/tapered jeans, etc.), so for me it's perfect. There's enough room for base layers underneath, and the construction allows for good mobility during a range of activities like hiking, climbing, or biking.

I'm especially impressed with the thoughtful details throughout the piece, like the internal placard behind the zipper, the built in thumb loops, and the internal/external pockets. Between those things and the overall styling, this is truly a "do anything" item. I try to follow a "buy right, buy once" philosophy for clothes and outdoor gear, and I appreciate items that serve as many purposes as possible. For clothing, I want to be able to wear it to the office, then the climbing gym, on date night and, and weekend hike, and to look good doing it all, and the Everyday Zip-Up does just that. In fact, I'd love to see Wuru produce a pull-over hoodie of this featuring the same NuYarn construction and weight!

Well done, Wuru! I look forward to more purchases in the future.
