Blister Wool

I wore this product in my marathon today and this saved my heels and toes from being blistered. I would recommend this product to anyone that is active.

I bought new boots that were pretty stiff. I put this wool in my socks it worked FANTASTIC!! No blisters for this guy.

I used the Blister Wool on a long- distance walk: wrapped around my toes, across the base/ side of my big ioes and at the sides of my heels. It provided great cushioning to my toes and to the base of my big toes but, unfortunately, it did not prevent blisters at the sides of my heels. I was disappointed with it for that reason. However, I would use it again for its cushioning effect .I don't have bunions, but the base of my big toes does hurt sometimes on long treks. I reckon it would be good for people with bunions or other foot deformities. That said, as a means of blister prevention, it gets the thumbs down from me.

I bought it for my upcoming Camino de Santiago trip as blister prevention upon recommendation from other walkers, so have not had a chance to try it yet. However, there is a lot in the package and it feels amazing.
